Our Mission
Our mission at Kev Kares is to restore love and unity back into our communities, inspire others to help one another, and bring everyone together and let them know they are not alone. Giving back to every person one by one, and make people care a little bit more than they did yesterday.
Our Service
We will be a community resource for those in need by hosting back to school drives, turkey drives, scholarship events, and activity-filled “Kev Kares” fundraising events that will be open to the public to allow those of our communities to interact with one another. Kev Kares, you can too.
Our story
Kev Kares is a foundation that gives back to those of our communities. Growing up, my mother always took care of all the kids and people of our neighborhood. Our house was always the go-to house. She would do anything in her power to help anyone, our doors were always open. We decided to open our doors to the world and help on a bigger scale. We will be raising funds to give back to schools, hospitals, first responders, and the everyday people. Our main goal is to bring the people of our communities together and give them the resources needed to change their lives.
We will be hosting Thanksgiving turkey drives annually, back to school events,Scholarship events, along with many different fundraising events throughout the year that will unite the community. We want to spread love to let our communities know that they are not alone in hopes to encourage people to lend a helping hand. We believe if everyone just shows a bit more kindness, the world can be a better place. At every event we host we will be setting up a box open to suggestions and ideas that the public thinks their neighborhood or community will be able to benefit from or if someone in particular is struggling with something personal, we will try our best to assist in any way we can; the box will be filled with what we will call “Kev’s Wishes”.
We also believe mental health is very important, so if anyone has personal issues they need assistance with, we will give them access to the correct resources. We at Kev Kares are always brainstorming ways in which we can contribute to communities, but we also plan to work with other non-profit organizations in the area, and even individuals who are willing to help by supplying or extending their own resources. We plan to unite the neighborhood, and lend a helping hand.
