Event Sign Up
The individual who signs up their team will be considered the team captain. Only the team captain will need to be employed in one of the five work fields listed above; the remaining three team members will not.
The top five teams that have raised the most money by Friday September 1st, 2023 will be notified and have earned a chance to compete for the $10,000 grand prize. Each team chosen will have one week from that date to confirm their team members and return all completed waivers back to us. Please note that in the event that we do not receive a response or all completed waivers by Friday September 8th, 2023, we will select a different team.
Requirements:
- Must be 18 years of age or older to participate
- Must have 4 people in your team
- Must complete and sign waiver
- Must be willing to participate in all games that will be held
- Team captain must be a healthcare worker, firefighter, police officer, EMT or school worker
